Alejandro Megias Lastra

Alejandro Megias Lastra joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in April 2022, landing in the office located in Madrid. Until then, Alejandro has developed his professional experience for more than 7 years in the corporate tax department of Ernst & Young Abogados, SLP, also located in Madrid.
Alejandro is a specialist in general taxation for enterprises and multinational groups, including consolidated ones from a mercantile, accounting and tax perspective, as well as in business restructuring transactions and support and advice in tax audit procedures and tax litigation. Likewise, Alejandro advises on tax matters for non-residents.

• Spanish BAR Degree (Spanish Ministry of Justice). Masters’ Degree in Access to the Law Activity (Spanish BAR exam) by the "Universidad Pontificia Comillas" – ICADE University, Madrid (2015 – 2017). Masters’ Degree in Corporate Tax Advisory by the "Universidad Pontificia Comillas" – ICADE University, Madrid (2015 – 2016). Double Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management by the Carlos III University of Madrid, Madrid (2009 – 2015).
