Andrés Caro

Andrés joined Galicia in 2017 as an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
At the Firm, he has participated in debt and corporate restructurings, whether it be at the conciliation or liquidation stages, both within and outside of court-conducted bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, he has participated in civil and commercial litigations, financings and M&A transactions as well as anticorruption and compliance investigations.
