Bruno Tuca

Bruno has over 20 years’ experience advising companies, financial institutions and managers on a wide range of financial and capital market-related matters.

He is experienced in public and private offerings of debt securities and hybrid securities in both Brazilian and international markets, as well as securitizations and structured financing.

Bruno’s expertise is particularly strong in the agribusiness sector, where he assists with transactions for financing, M&As and general corporate matters.
