Donald Patrick Canavaggio

Donald Patrick Canavaggio joined the firm in 2018. As a member of the M&A, and Banking and Capital Markets practice groups, Mr. Canavaggio has advised on various cross-border transactions including United Airlines’ loan to Avianca’s majority shareholder in connection with United’s joint venture with Avianca and Copa; and on behalf of the selling shareholders in the sale by existing shareholders of an 80 per cent stake in Cable Onda S.A. to Millicom LIH, S.A.
