Eileen Delgado Tovar

Eileen is a Spanish lawyer who currently handles a mixed portfolio of wet and dry shipping law, focusing mainly on the contentious elements of the law such as charter party disputes, bunkering, cargo claims, pollution, ship building disputes, ship arrest and admiralty law, working closely alongside various P&I.

She has shown herself to be an extremely competent shipping lawyer, capable of operating across multiple jurisdictions, offering seminars about SpanishInsurance Law in the mayor insurances companies in Tokyo such us Mitsui Summitomo Insurance Co. • Eileen has excellent academics, having completes an LLM in Maritime Law at Lloyd´s Maritime Academy (London), and is fluent in both English and Spanish. The development of her career is divided between three countries Spain, London and Tokyo.
