Profile
Francisco is part of the mining and natural resources team.
He concentrates his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project development and financing, foreign investment, and mining.
He regularly participates in cross-border business operations, advising both national clients in their expansion in Latin America and foreign clients in their business development in Chile and the rest of the region.
Before joining Bofill Mir Abogados, he worked as a foreign associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York (2020-2022).
