Hildebrando García Álvarez

Hildebrando is head of the civil and commercial litigation practice. He has 14 years’ experience advising domestic and international clients on shareholder disputes; minority shareholder rights; insolvency proceedings; commercial arbitration; and court proceedings in arbitration matters.

He also advises companies across a range of sectors at executive level, helping them find solutions to day-to-day civil and commercial issues as well as complex situations arising in the ordinary course of business. His regular clients include Cinépolis de México; Grupo Multimedia Lauman; Promotora y Operadora de Infraestructura (PINFRA); daily newspaper El Financiero; Grupo Aldesa (México); Club de Futbol Necaxa; and Innovasport.

Hildebrando has focused much of his practice on specific matters involving interim relief and precautionary measures; actions to annul and oppose shareholder resolutions; lease disputes; construction litigation; international arbitration; and special proceedings concerning commercial transactions and arbitration.
