Issa joined the Regulatory Department in 2023, where she provides advise and assistance to clients in matters related to labor, comercial, corporate law, data privacy, among others.
In the private practice, she worked as a law clerk in a renowned law firm of Panama and as head of the Legal Department of a banking institution.
Also, she was part of the executive advising team for the Government Ministry.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua (USMA) of Panama Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad de Barcelona of Spain Public Translator License issued by the Ministry of Education and recognized signature by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama
