José Manuel is Of Counsel in the Public Law Department of DLA Piper in the Madrid office. He has extensive experience in the field of economic public law. He has acted in important appeals in judicial proceedings against decisions of authorities, as well as in advising large Spanish and foreign public and private companies in regulatory matters. He has also acted as external advisor for different public administrations.
