Juan José Castaño

Senior Associate, member of the Corporate/M&A and Tax and International Trade teams. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate matters, reorganisations and insolvency. He also advises clients on the structuring and implementation of complex tax, contractual and corporate schemes. In addition, he has extensive knowledge in business management and finance. Juan José serves as a professor of corporate and company law at Universidad del Rosario.
