Juan José Soto Arias

Juan José has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Labor Law, including individual and collective labor litigation. Throughout his career, he has advised and represented top-tier domestic and international companies in complex labor matters.

Before joining Pérez-Llorca, he developed his professional career advising "AAA" companies in Mexico and abroad. In addition, Juan advises companies from various sectors on a wide range of labour matters in Mexico, including litigation, preventive strategies and the resolution of individual and collective disputes.
