Lucía Degregori advises on civil, commercial, constitutional and contentious-administrative matters before judicial courts. She also collaborates in the preparation of legal reports and in the design of strategies aimed at conflict prevention and resolution.

She has experience in commercial, civil and constitutional litigation, as well as in contentious-administrative proceedings aimed at challenging resolutions issued by various state entities, including the Environmental Evaluation and Oversight Agency (OEFA) and the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Energy and Mining (OSINERGMIN).
