Luis Manuel Ramírez

Luis Manuel joined the Firm in 1992 and was admitted as a Partner in 2003. He has over 25 years of experience in the Tax field in Mexico and abroad. He has provided Tax advice and consultancy to his clients on M&A, corporate restructuring, public debt and equity issuances, and estate planning, among others.

Education

• Public Accounting Degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Diploma, International Taxes from ITAM and Harvard University. Diploma, International Taxes from The Shelton International Tax Training Institute.

Academic Activities

• He has been professor at Universidad Panamericana (UP) and Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA), teaching various subjects related to Tax matters.

• Member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Nuevo Leon (ICPNL). Member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Member of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF). Member of the National Association of Tax Specialist of Monterrey (ANEFAC MONTERREY).
