I joined the Crane & Staples Property department in 2018 and became a Partner in April 2022.

I am a specialist in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, including:

• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Transfer of equity transactions
• Remortgages

• Short term development loans
• Commercial and bridging loans
• Option agreements
• Commercial property sales and purchases
• Commercial leases

• Land sales and acquisitions.

I have established a ever-growing and loyal client base consisting of residential buyers, small businesses, property investors, developers, and portfolio landlords. I also work with limited companies who acquire, sell or refinance their property portfolios. I have a particular interest in the acquisition of care homes mixed use premises.

I take pride in providing methodical, professional and personable client care.

Academic Activities

• Having come from a science background, I qualified as a solicitor in 2006. I trained at a small firm in London and have also worked at a medium sized regional firm, and a UK top 100 law firm.

Awards and Recognitions

• In 2019, I was a finalist in the Company and Commercial Lawyer category at the national Asian Legal Awards, going one better in 2021 when I was New Business Champion of the Year at British Conveyancing Awards.
