Mauricio Clavel

Member of the Corporate / M&A / Venture Capital Group. His practice focuses mainly on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions. He has advised various companies, both national and international, on corporate, corporate governance and corporate matters. In venture capital and entrepreneurship, he has advised several startups in incorporation, capital raising and internationalisation processes. He has also advised foreign venture capital funds in their investments in local startups and multinational companies in the development of corporate venturing projects.
