Mercedes San Juan has nearly 20 years’ experience providing legal advice, including the past 10 years practising as a lawyer specialising in litigation.

Over the years, Mercedes San Juan has advised clients from a range of backgrounds and sectors—including banking and insurance, construction and public works, electronics and software, hotels and leisure, gaming, real estate, chemicals, telecommunications and transport—in all types of court proceedings, particularly in commercial and corporate matters.

She also has extensive experience advising on international trade transactions, including exports from other markets to the EU and from the EU to other countries, particularly Brazil and other Mercosur countries.
