Michele Daroch Sagredo

She was born in Concepción on 19 July. She graduated with a law degree from the University of Chile in 1996.

She is a partner at the firm and leads Abdala & Cia.’s litigation practice.

She has been with Abdala & Cia. since 1996. Her practice focuses primarily on complex litigation, including developing strategies and appearing before the country’s courts and administrative bodies in civil, banking and finance, regulatory and family law matters, particularly those involving foreign nationals.

She is actively involved in public procurement and tender matters.

She took part in the judicial practice of family court judges during the establishment of the Family Courts.

Since 2014, she has contributed to the World Justice Project, an international community of experts and professionals working to promote the rule of law worldwide.

Memberships

• She is a member of the family lawyers’ association, having served on its Ethics Committee in its early years, and of the International Bar Association.
