Montserrat Silva

Montserrat is an associate in the Real Estate practice.
She focuses on advising and representing both Mexican and foreign clients participating in share and asset purchase and sale transactions, investments, including drafting of diverse contracts for this kind of transactions.
Montserrat holds her LL.B. from Universidad Panamericana and has a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from the same institution.
