Pablo Antonio Aguayo

Member of the Antitrust group. His practice has focused on advising clients on antitrust matters in contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Antitrust Court; advising on investigations conducted by the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office; merger control proceedings before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office; and proceedings before various administrative bodies related to competition and market regulation matters. In this context, Pablo has been involved in advising clients involved in the industries of means of payment, financial institutions, restaurants, port companies and public works concessionaires, among others.
