Patricia Read Schott

With 16 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, Patricia concentrates her practice on advising clients on incorporations, restructuring and transformation of companies, changes in corporate structure, taxation and shareholder agreements.
She has assisted as Corporate Secretary for important clients of the firm for more than 10 years.
She also advises on project financing and mergers and acquisitions, contractual matters, employment matters, regulatory matters, real estate and tax matters. She is well versed in customs laws and practices, immigration issues among others.

Education

• She has a degree in Law, Cum Laude, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2007.

• Patricia was ranked by Chambers Latin America 2020 in the Corporate/Commercial practice and recommended by Legal 500 2022 in the Corporate, Banking and Finance practices.
