Raúl Quintero

Raúl Quintero is an associate in the International Arbitration practice at DLA Piper’s Mexico City office. He focuses his practice on international arbitration and public international law.

Raúl has extensive experience handling complex, high-stake disputes across the energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, construction, real estate, transport and public procurement sectors. He has represented private corporations, governmental entities and state-owned companies in proceedings under the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

During law school, Raúl was a member of his university’s representative team in the public international law competition, Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
