Renato Higa

Renato specialises in arbitration disputes and has extensive experience advising and representing clients in arbitral proceedings arising from public infrastructure contracts, both under public-private partnerships (PPPs) and public works contracts. He has worked in key sectors including sanitation, transport, education, and municipal and national concessions.

He has also advised various clients on assessing the merits of potential claims against public contracting entities. Renato has also advised on the contract administration of concessions, public works contracts, subcontracts and service contracts under the State Procurement Law.
