Roberto Rodriguez

Roberto León Rodríguez Zeledón has worked successfully as legal advisor for multinational companies in the banking and financial sector for more than 18 years. His extensive experience includes serving as internal Legal Advisor in renowned regional banks, providing advice on contracts, means of financing and financial operations, asset administration and litigation. Currently, his knowledge in the commercial and judicial field has allowed him to advise international companies located in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Peru in the formalization of contractual obligations, portfolio recovery, titling of assets and securities, commercial litigation. and contentious administrative processes. Likewise, he has extensive practice in Real Estate Law, Family Law, Labor Law and summary processes in Intellectual Property.
