Senior Associate, member of the Dispute Resolution team. His practice focuses on international and domestic arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He has experience in matters relating to engineering and construction, oil and gas, mining, sale and distribution of goods, technology and social media among others. He has participated in commercial arbitrations as counsel, arbitrator and secretary, under the rules of different arbitral institutions, including the ICC and the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. He is an arbitrator for the Arbitration Centres of the Superintendence of Companies and the Chamber of Commerce of Cali, as well as secretary of the Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá. He is an official Spanish-English translator and interpreter accredited by the Colombian Government. Recognised by The Legal 500 as a "Rising Star" 2022 and by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) as an Approved Litigation Private Practitioner uninterruptedly since 2019.
