Sofía Montes de Oca

Sofía joined Galicia in 2015 and is currently an associate in the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practices.
She specializes in advising on banking transactions, securities, compliance and financial regulation transactions. She has been part of the advisory team for Mexican and foreign companies, as well as financial institutions, in the domestic and international placements of public and private debt offerings, equity and structured products, including FIBRAs, CKDs and CERPIs.
