The new edition of the Legal Management Forum (Foro Gerencias Legales) will be held in Bogotá

On April 18, the city of Bogotá (Colombia) will host the second edition of the Foro Gerencias Legales, which will be held at the Deloitte Center of Excellence (Cra. 9 # 78-31 - Floor 1). This is a unique and inspiring event -organized by Gericó Associates with the support of important sponsors, institutions, allied brands and media partners-, which will bring together the most prominent legal professionals, leaders and members of the legal departments of organizations in Latin America and Spain. During the forum, the most relevant trends will be analyzed and the challenges and opportunities faced by in-house lawyers in an increasingly competitive and constantly evolving business environment will be discussed.

Marc Gericó, managing partner of Gericó Associates, highlights that "the Legal Management Forum is a space that allows general counsel to promote the healthy exchange of experiences, knowledge and best practices in the legal departments of different companies and jurisdictions throughout the region. This is crucial to boost their efficiency, adaptability and strategic success in a business environment in constant growth and transformation".

The Legal Management Forum is the first annual event in the region that offers an invaluable opportunity for those looking to keep their knowledge up to date and participate in a high-value networking space, as well as explore the latest trends and best practices in the world of legal management with a focus on innovation. Panel discussions will focus on aspects such as the implementation of Legaltech and Artificial Intelligence in the sector, the role of legal management in sustainability, cross-border work, client relationships and Legal Operations.

"This forum will provide in-house lawyers with an exceptional opportunity to share ideas, establish strategic connections and keep abreast of the latest trends in the sector and the key aspects of the strategic management of legal managements," adds Juan Paulo Rodriguez, partner at Gericó Associates.

Nowadays, it is of utmost importance to foster spaces that encourage the establishment of connections and the exploration of new ideas to become engines that drive the transformation of the management approach and orient it towards the current demands that fall on this function, promoting a real integration with the strategic objectives of the business.
