Upwyse Strengthens its Regional Leadership with the Strategic Addition of Eugenia Sermeño as Partner

In the context of its seventh anniversary, Upwyse, the leading consultancy in marketing and business development exclusively for the legal sector in Latin America, enthusiastically announces a key milestone in its journey: the incorporation of Eugenia Sermeño as a new partner of the firm.

Founded seven years ago by Alejandra Rojas with the vision of professionalizing the growth of law firms, Upwyse has evolved from an entrepreneurial dream into a solid company with a robust team of top-level experts. Today, the union of Sermeño and Rojas marks the beginning of a new stage of territorial expansion and service sophistication under an organized, strong, and excellence-driven strategy.

A Shared Vision for the Legal Future

Upwyse was born with the mission of empowering the unique language of the legal sector, offering comprehensive solutions in Branding, Web Development, Communications, Strategic Training, Coaching, Marketing, and Business Development (BD). With the arrival of Eugenia Sermeño — a professional with more than 15 years of experience and proven leadership as Regional Marketing Director at elite firms — the company injects a new dose of strength into its operational capacity.

"Joining Upwyse as a partner is a step I take with absolute gratitude, humility, and certainty," expressed Eugenia Sermeño. "I am deeply grateful for Alejandra’s trust in inviting me to co-lead this project that she has built with so much effort. My commitment to the company’s wonderful team of professionals and to our clients is total: I am here to give my best and ensure that every firm that trusts us receives the excellence in service and the strategic vision that their prestige deserves."

Seven Years of Steady Steps

For Alejandra Rojas, founder of Upwyse, this growth is the natural consequence of a path walked with integrity and tangible results.

"I feel extremely proud of the team we have built at Upwyse; professionals who day after day contribute with their talent so that our clients can shine," commented Alejandra Rojas. "It was the right moment to grow and reach new territories. It was a decision made with caution and great precision. I am deeply grateful to Eugenia for making this leap with me, for believing in this project, and for bringing her vast experience. To our clients, thank you for trusting us at your most important moments of positioning and visibility; what we have built over these years — overcoming challenges and moving steadily forward — has paved a clear path toward a future full of success alongside the firms that trust in our services."
