The promoted lawyers are new Partner Adrián Castillo (Labour and Employment Law.), and new Counsels Manuel Martínez (Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Law), Jaime Ostos (Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Banking & Finance Law), and Carlos López Córdova (Litigation and Arbitration), strengthening these key areas.
Von Wobeser y Sierra offers 17 practice areas, 6 industry groups, and a solid, diverse team of world-class talent, which includes 23 partners, 6 of counsel, 12 Counsel, and more than 100 associates and legal interns.

New Partner Adrián Castillo brings more than 20 years of experience in Labour and Employment Law. He specializes in resolving collective disputes and managing complex labor negotiations in industries such as automotive, mining, and financial services. He has been directly involved in multiple comprehensive collective bargaining agreement reviews and salary negotiations, ownership claims between unions, and strikes, establishing himself as one of the country’s most recognized experts. His promotion strengthens the firm’s leadership in managing critical labour matters and implementing innovative solutions for its clients.

His promotion enhances the firm’s ability to deliver top-tier legal advice in cross-border transactions.
