Franzini is a BLP Associate in the San José o ce, specializing in the practice area of Banking & Finance.
She provides advice to national and international banking entities in all aspects related to the granting of loans and credit agreements. She has extensive experience in litigation in banking matters, advice and procedures in judicial and collection processes, and counseling on day-to-day issues.
After joining the BLP team as a Paralegal in 2019, she was named an Associate in 2021.
