Bustamante Fabara successfully advised Emergent Cold Ecuador in the subscription of an investment contract with the Ecuadorian State, for an approximate amount of USD 17.000.000,00. This exciting collaboration has given life to a revolutionary project in the logistics sector. It is the construction and development of a temperature-controlled logistics center in Durán, province of Guayas.
