Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa continues with its ambitious expansion plans in Spain. Proof of this has been its move to Paseo de la Castellana 35, where it occupies its new offices of almost 900m2, with capacity for 50 lawyers.

In addition, it reinforces its team in Spain with the incorporation of new associate, Silvia Puche, who holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and an LL.M in International, European, Economic and Commercial Law from the University of Lausanne (Switzerland). Silvia started her career at PwC Tax & Legal and has more than 8 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions, corporate law and corporate governance, as well as in advising on commercial contracts.

With the signing of Silvia Puche, Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa continues to expand its Corporate/M&A team in Spain, an area of high demand and growth for the firm following the arrival of Guillermo Bueno, who has been leading this practice since September 2022. The firm remains focused on offering its clients a very high quality and comprehensive service. With this addition and other younger members, the firm will reach 20 professionals by the end of the month, specialized in Tax, Corporate/M&A and Real Estate.
