Fluent in Spanish and English, Lafosse counsels corporate and private individuals in Blockchain, NFTs, Web3, and entity formation for blockchain-based companies. She is also experienced in risk management, Web3 securities compliance, Web3 corporate legal strategy, drafting partnership agreements and determining patent rights over NFT projects. Lafosse is also skilled at drafting technology agreements, such as SaaS agreements and PaaS agreements, and  is a skilled adviser and negotiator in corporate partnerships over Web3 projects. She has also participated as an international speaker at numerous Web3 and Blockchain conferences.
