EGFA and TCA advise Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Salta in the issuance of Notes

EGFA Abogados ("EGFA") advised a Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Salta S.A. ("EDESA" or the "Issuer" interchangeably) and TCA Tanoira Cassagne ("TCA") advised Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco CMF S.A., Zofingen Securities S.A. and Global Valores S.A.  as placement agents (collectively, the "Placement Agents"), in the placement of the Notes I for a nominal amount of US$30,000,000 at a 5% rate denominated in US dollars and payable in Argentine pesos at the payment exchange rate, maturing 24 months from the date of issuance and settlement.

EDESA is the only electricity distribution company operating in the Province of Salta. EGFA advised the Issuer in the creation of the Global Notes Program for a total amount of US$ 200,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value) (the "Program"), which authorization was granted by the National Securities Exchange Commission (the "CNV" for its translation into Spanish) on April 28, 2023.
