FERRERE and Beccar Varela advise McDonald’s on multiple franchise agreement in Paraguay

FERRERE (Paraguay) and Beccar Varela (Argentina) have jointly advised McDonald’s Latin America LLC in the negotiation and signing in March of a multi-unit franchise agreement ("MUFA") with the company’s Paraguayan Development Licensee for the operation of the 25 existing McDonald’s restaurants in Paraguay.

To date, Paraguay has 25 McDonald’s restaurants, but new openings are planned in the near future according to the opening plan included in the agreement.
