Fábrega Molina has announced the promotion of three of its attorneys to partners.

Liza Maye Díaz was promoted to Principal Partner, and Denisse Correa and Lourdes Bishop were promoted to Partners. Throughout their careers at the Firm, they have stood out for their professionalism, dedication, and commitment, forging an outstanding reputation in their respective areas of practice.

Liza Maye Díaz leads the Corporate and Business Law practice, with extensive experience advising family businesses and the design of cross-border structures in national and international commercial transactions, as well as for estate planning and succession processes.

Denisse Correa is a specialist in banking, property rights, and data protection with a transactional and comprehensive perspective. Her approach ensures the prevention of contractual risks and making sound decisions based on compliance with applicable law and local customary practices.

Lourdes Bishop focuses her practice on Labor Law and Labor Litigation, advising senior executives, family businesses, multinational companies, and local economic groups or those that operate under special economic regimes and international groups that have interests in our country.
