Marval advises Toyota Tsusho Corporation infinancing of Moova Inc.

Marval acted as part of Toyota Tsusho Corporation’s legal team in its investment in the last round of financing raised by last-mile logistics technology company Moova Inc., with presence in several Latin American countries. Toyota Tsusho Corporation disbursed approximately USD 3,000,000 of the USD 5,000,000 the company received from various investors. The transaction closed in June 2023.
