Pérez-Llorca, AJPS and Red Cross Youth join forces to launch the solidarity campaign "Insure a smile" - "Asegura una sonrisa"

Pérez-Llorca and the Association of Young Insurance Professionals (Asociación de Jóvenes Profesionales del Seguro - AJPS), in collaboration with the Red Cross Youth - Cruz Roja Juventud, have promoted the first edition of the campaign "Insure a Smile" – "Asegura una sonrisa", which starts next November 15th and aims that no child goes without a toy this holiday season.

The initiative is mainly aimed at insurers, reinsurers and companies related to the insurance sector, although anyone who wishes to participate is invited to do so. To do so, those who wish to collaborate can make a donation by sending toys to the Pérez-Llorca offices located at Paseo de la Castellana 50 (Madrid), or enter the campaign’s official website and make a financial contribution that Cruz Roja Juventud will also use for this purpose.

"From the Firm, we would like to encourage all professionals in the insurance sector to collaborate with us in this beautiful initiative, which will allow us to distribute illusion and happiness among the little ones in these special dates", says Rafael Fernández, Counsel of the Insurance and Reinsurance area of Pérez-Llorca and member of the Board of Directors of the AJPS.

The project goes far beyond the distribution of toys. The campaign also seeks to provide families with tools to educate in values and healthy play during the most important time for the integral development of a person: childhood and youth. "It is a very special initiative for AJPS, as it allows us to carry out an activity where our members, hand in hand with Pérez-Llorca and Cruz Roja, will be able to contribute to the development and education of those children who are in a more unfavorable situation," says Laura Camps, Marketing Manager of Markel Spain and Head of Marketing and Communication of AJPS.

The Red Cross Youth toy campaign was created in 1992 to provide toys to children and adolescents in vulnerable situations. Isabel Jiménez, CSR Director of Pérez-Llorca, highlights the Firm’s commitment and solidarity with social action: "At Pérez-Llorca we are proud to do our bit, hand in hand with the AJPS, to the commendable work that the Red Cross has been doing for years to help thousands of families".
