Raul Ravina  joins PPU from CMS Grau to strengthen its Natural Resources area

The lawyer has joined the Ibero-American Firm along with eleven members of his team

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría in Peru has strengthened its Natural Resources department with the incorporation as partner of Raúl Ravina, who joins from CMS Grau together with two directors and nine associates from CMS Grau.

The lawyers joining with Ravina are: Juan Pulgar Vidal (Director), Roberth Rojas (Director), Patricia Camacho (Associate), Julio Castillo (Associate), Felipe Pacheco (Associate), Camila García (Associate), Marco Herrera (Associate), Rolando Gutierrez (Associate), Luis Centeno (Associate), Erich Kastner (Associate) and Andrea Bazán (Associate).

Following the incorporation, PPU’s Natural Resources team in Lima will now have a total of eighteen lawyers.

Raúl has extensive and solid experience in land acquisition and clearance for the development of private and public investment projects, with emphasis in complex negotiations and with social organizations. He has advised the Peruvian State in legal reforms aimed at improving the regulatory framework for the development of investment projects, and in the titling and regulation of rural land.

Raul has been a partner in the real estate area at CMS Grau for the last eleven years.
Previously, he has been Community Relations Manager at Minera Gold Fields La Cima, Project Manager at Instituto Libertad y Democracia, Senior Lawyer at El Estudio Jorge Avendaño, and Manager of Titling and Property Declaration and Regularization at Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).
