Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised ACRES Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A., in its role as structuring of the securitization trust for the issuance by private offer of short-term instruments, by virtue of which the placement was carried out on September 15, 2023.

The short-term instruments have been issued by private offering and are aimed exclusively at institutional investors.
 
The originators, Grupo Vega and Corporación Vega, are leading companies in the distribution business and retail stores for the sale of food and groceries, among other essential products, and belong to Grupo Vega, one of the most successful Peruvian chains in recent decades, in the field. They have a presence throughout Lima, with more than 60 stores including markets, wholesalers and super wholesalers.

This advice is of special relevance given that it involves the first debt operation in the capital market of Grupo Vega, which currently has plans for geographical expansion and its own brand products.
 
The Firm participated in all stages of the transaction, from the due diligence of the Originators and the securitization assets, to the structuring process of the issuance of short-term instruments and the preparation of the issuance documents.
