Yolanda Azanza joins Pérez-Llorca as Capital Markets Partner in Madrid  

Pérez-Llorca has strengthened its Capital Markets practice with the addition as partner of Yolanda Azanza, who joins the firm´s Madrid office following 27 years at Clifford Chance.

Yolanda specializes in all aspects of capital markets and represents issuers and placement banks in cross-border transactions, including convertible bonds, bond issuance programs, regulatory capital, covered bonds, hybrid instruments, IPOs, secondary offerings and block trades.

Her in-depth knowledge of the market, coupled with her technical strength, has enabled her to build long-lasting relationships of trust with her clients, which include financial institutions, multinationals, and large Spanish companies.

Azanza has a high international profile and has been involved in important multi-jurisdictional transactions for many years.
