Adriana is the Director of BLP in the San José, Costa Rica office.
She specializes in the Corporate Law practice, in which she advises companies on different day-to-day corporate aspects and corporate governance.
In addition, Adriana advises national and multinational companies from various industries on mergers, acquisitions, sales and corporate restructuring, carrying out extensive due diligence processes and drafting of reports or reports, as well as the preparation and negotiation of transactional agreements.
She joined the BLP team in 2015 as an associate, after having been a legal assistant at BLP, LLMR & T and Integra Abogados.
