Her expertise is mainly on the protection of intellectual property rights, copyright, data protection, and technology and innovation (especially metaverse, NFTs, blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and creative industries).
Currently, she serves as a professor of Intellectual Property at the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
