Ekber has played an excellent role as a litigant in the Courts of the Republic of Honduras, in civil and labor matters, also in claims and administrative processes. Thanks to his proactivity, attention to detail and negotiation skills, he has achieved success in favor of its clients belonging to the oil, chemical, real estate and cooperative sectors, among others. 

Likewise, he has advised national and foreign enterprises on commercial matters, on company structuring, resulting, among some, in the process of establishing the land transport consortium for the city of Tegucigalpa.

He has extensive experience in local and international non-profit institutions, advising on exonerations, donations and dispensation processes. 

Ekber joined the litigation and arbitration department of Arias Honduras, in August 2022.
