Fabiola is an associate in the Labor and Immigration Law Department. She currently focuses on providing direct counseling to clients from a labor law perspective, participating in alternative dispute resolution massive projects and performing labor law due diligence in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions transactions.

In addition, Fabiola provides direct advice to clients on immigration law matters and has filed many immigration applications, including registration of companies as multinationals, registration of companies subject to the Free Trade Zone Regime, stay visas for Digital Nomads, among many others, mainly focused on corporate clients.
