Francisco has focused his practice in mining and natural resources matters. He advises local and international clients in the development of their projects in Chile and in financing agreements, due diligence processes for the purchase and sale of natural resource projects, in the preparation of contracts, among others.

He has participated in the negotiation and preparation of complex contracts related to the financing of mining projects, as well as in all stages of the development of mining exploration projects, with particular focus on corporate, contractual and regulatory aspects affecting the industry.
