Ivania joined Arias in March, 2015 as a Paralegal. In March, 2017, she was promoted as an Associate Attorney for the Corporate team.
She provides support and legal advice to national and international clients in various corporate affairs, such as company constitution, limited liability companies, non-profit associations and foreign branches in Nicaragua, preparation of transcripts, certificates and powers, as well as obtaining licenses and permits for the execution of projects, among others.
Likewise, she has participated in legal due diligence for the acquisition and financing of various projects in different economic sectors.
