Jennifer Saavedra is an associate and member of the Firm’s Tax and Private Clients department.

Her practice focuses on advising companies, domestic and foreign, analyzing the tax aspects applicable to their investments and commercial operations. Specifically, she has advised companies in the agricultural, textile, marketing and advertising sector, as well as real estate companies.

Additionally, Jennifer has experience advising on international operations that involve obtaining SUNAT’s investment capital certification or enforcing double taxation agreements. She is a lawyer at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Currently, she is studying the Second Specialty Program in Tax Law of the Center for Legal Training of the PUCP

During her university period, she was teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law of the PUCP for courses in general labor law and administrative law and has been a member of the PUCP Tax Law Team until 2020. She was also a member of the Themis association during 2018-1, and in 2017 she was president of the PUCP Federated Center.

In addition, Jennifer has won the Eleventh Tax Contest PUCP 2020 and published articles on tax matters and has moderated tax events.

Finally, Jennifer has been an Associate at Rubio, Leguía, Normand in the tax area. Likewise, she carried out her pre-professional internship in the tax areas of Gálvez, Risso, Zegarra & Asociados and EY.
