Josernesto joined the firm in July 2023, supporting the corporate-commercial area. Throughout his professional experience, he has handled various cases in civil, commercial, labor, and administrative matters, acting as a litigator in civil and labor judicial proceedings, tax-administrative processes, administrative litigation, and family law.

In the extrajudicial field, he has assisted both national and international clients in advising and providing support for alternative dispute resolution methods (arbitrations).

Likewise, he has advised national clients on labor-related matters, participating in collective bargaining negotiations, collective work suspensions, individual hirings, and collective termination of employment contracts.

Josernesto graduated with the distinction of "Academic Excellence" in his undergraduate studies at the University, actively participating in legal Olympiads, speech contests, and debates, leading a diverse and intense extracurricular life.
