Julissa joined Arias as an associate for the Corporate Department in 2016. She has actively participated in cross-border financing operations, corporate restructuring and the acquisition of local companies. Her expertise includes due diligence, drafting and reviewing operational documents.
She also has experience advising national and international companies, including regulated companies, with their day-to-day legal requirements. While at Arias, she has assisted international investors in incorporating their businesses in El Salvador.
