Kevin joined the firm in May 2022 and in August of the same year was promoted to associate attorney. On a daily basis, he advises local and foreign companies in different economic sectors, such as international transportation, imports, retailers, food industry, among others.
He has been involved throughout different growth phases of his clients, from the incorporation of the company to advice related to the operation of their businesses, local and international contracts, and their relations with public offices. He has also participated in corporate dissolution processes.
Due to his knowledge in corporate structuring and examination of contractual aspects, he has actively participated in due diligence processes of successful mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, his other areas of expertise include civil, regulatory and project finance, and infrastructure matters.
